To join your virtual appointment, you’ll need either:
- A smartphone with video and audio capability, or
- A computer with a webcam and microphone.
- If using a computer, please use Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox — other browsers are not supported.
How to Join Your Appointment:
- At your scheduled appointment time, click your provider's doxy.me link below.
- You will be directed to a HIPAA-certified virtual waiting room.
- Allow doxy.me to access your camera and microphone if prompted.
- Enter your name in the check-in box and click “Check In.”
- Wait in the virtual waiting room until your provider starts the visit. A loading screen will notify you when your appointment is about to begin.

- If there are technical issues, your provider will call you at the phone number we have on file.
